Our popular holiday playscheme has been running for over 20 years, keeping children entertained and giving families the help and support they need during school holidays. It is open to all children from birth, and just like our preschool, we can provide care and fun for children with additional or complex needs.
Playscheme offers entertainment and enjoyment throughout the holidays, nurturing children’s abilities through free play, structured activities and events. As well as the usual activities such as arts & crafts, baking, wild play and sports, we have takeaway pizza days, bouncy castle days and movie afternoons. We get out and about in the community as much as possible, organising walking trips and using our minibus to visit local attractions.
Our standard of care remains high throughout the holiday playscheme, which is staffed by experienced Childcare Practitioners who all have or are working towards a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
Playscheme is open daily each week every half term and through the summer. We are closed on Bank Holidays.
Opening times are from 9.00am and ends at 3pm, however this can be flexible depending on individual circumstances. Please contact the centre for more information.
