18 Jun Small Charity Week 18th-23rd June 2018
Small Charity Week celebrates and raises awareness of the essential work of the UK’s small charity sector who make an invaluable contribution to the lives of millions of individuals, communities and causes across the UK and the rest of the world.
Small Charity Week was established in 2010 to celebrate the fantastic work of the small charity sector across the UK and to help raise awareness and funds for these organisations. Open to all charities with an annual turnover under £1.5 million, in 2018 there will be six days of themed activities including social media competitions, fundraising support and initiatives and a new small charity awards ceremony. If you can spare a moment this week to support The Forest of Dean Children’s Opportunity Centre, then please do. We are always grateful for any and all support we receive. Maybe you could pop into our charity shop and have a browse, or perhaps have a clear out of your wardrobe and donate some items. Maybe you’d like to hold a fundraising event for us, or make a donation. Perhaps you have some time to spare, (even an hour or two makes a huge difference). Contact our Fundraising and Marketing Coordinator, Liz and find out how you can help. firstname.lastname@example.org
